Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Job Description:

  • Build a good relationship with customers and support customers on Auto Loan product.
  • Write credit application and conduct loan assessment before submitting for approval.
  • Ensure all process for onboarding Auto Loan customers are complied with Policy & SOP.
  • Empanel all eligible registered car dealerships & Insurers enlarge the market shared for bank.
  • Perform as relationships owner to build a good connection of the empaneled dealers/insurers to get auto loan referral.
  • Perform as the representative of bank to attend the event organized by car dealers and promote products to the target customers.
  • Assist Senior Manager / Line Manager to do the market survey on auto loan.
  • Work closely with credit operations team to perform the loan disbursement/ drawdown to customer with an agreeable turnaround time.
  • Perform a cross sell banking products to customers and refer customers to the respective team for customers request or need.
  • Handle customers’ complaints (if any) properly and promptly, and within regulated internal responding time.
  • Updated daily arrear report for Senior Manager / Head of Auto Loan and Head of PFS.
  • Manage and prevent pre-IL and IL.
  • Work closely with collection for loan recover and come up with strategy to prevent IL.
  • Prepare the Auto Loan customer files, and keep in the assigned central place.
  • Perform others tasks assigned Line Manager or HoD

Requirement:

Education/Qualification

  • Degree in Finance /Banking/Economics or related fields

Experience/Requirements

  • Minimum 3-years experience in auto loan.
  • Be able to write credit application and conduct loan assessment with customer.
  • Good knowledge in Auto loan product.
  • Good Communication with all car dealers and their sales staff.
  • Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good Leadership and motivation skills.
  • Work independently with a Numeric and analytical skill.
  • Conscious of details and accuracy.
  • English is proficiency.
