How you’ll make impact:
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Power Transformers business in Poland, providing expert guidance and support across all people-related topics.
Lead and oversee all local HR activities, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business and organizational priorities.
Partner with the local Management Team, acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to support decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support growth and organizational effectiveness.
Support the continued growth of the factory by aligning workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies with business needs.
Drive and support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent management, and succession planning.
Partner with managers to identify training and development needs, design and deliver development solutions, and ensure their effectiveness.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall performance.
Ensure compliance with local labor law and company policies by conducting HR audits, while collaborating with HR stakeholders across functions to share best practices and maintain consistency.
Your background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the power and energy industry or a complex, international matrix organization.
Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment, with the ability to navigate complexity and balance diverse stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and proven experience in employee relations.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with leadership teams and translate business needs into impactful people strategies.
Hands-on, proactive, and resilient personality, with a strong team-oriented mindset and ability to drive results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide meaningful insights; fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
