We are expanding the ACA risk adjustment informatics team to enhance Risk Adjustment interventions strategies and financial impacts evaluations.  This Sr Manager, Informatics position will serve as a subject matter expert on ACA Risk Adjustment in HCC scoring, Risk score calculation, intervention programs optimization and program evaluations. This individual contributor position will be responsible for providing monthly updates on program financial impacts, PMPM forecast, accrual adjustments and pricing strategies, and work with local market leaders to ensure the success of Risk Adjustment program and meet market level goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of data analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate and present insights to stakeholders and senior leaders.

  • 3+ years of SAS, SAS Macros, SQL Server, and other DB language experience

  • 3+ years of experience in ACA Risk Adjustment methodology


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ODBC/SQL/or Cloud technologies is preferred.

Knowledge of:

  • Population health analytics

Ability To:

  • Build automated end-to-end processes.

Skill in:

  • Python, SAS/SQL Reporting, and visualization

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.40


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
