The Meetings & Events Network Services Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of global mobility-related meetings, events, and engagements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, stakeholder coordination, and administrative support within a corporate or professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and execute mobility-related meetings and events, both virtual and in-person, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to manage event logistics, scheduling, and communications.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate venue bookings, travel arrangements, catering, and technology setup to facilitate smooth event execution.
  • Agenda & Content Preparation: Assist in developing meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Event Support: Provide on-site or virtual support during meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and addressing any logistical challenges.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain event records, track key metrics, and provide post-event reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline event planning processes and enhance the overall efficiency of mobility meetings and engagements.
  • Budget & Compliance: Support budget tracking for events and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Must have

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint & Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven teaming skills and ability to work with large and complex global teams
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
