The profile will be responsible – within the Consumer Health Sales Division - for the scientific detailing in POS of product portfolio and consulting activities in Sell out initiatives with the aim of increasing sell out and developing categories and business.


 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organization of dedicated scientific deep-dives with groups of pharmacists
  • Act as consultant supporting selected Pharmacies (Platinum, particularly advanced Pharmacies and Real Chains) in executing and evaluating Sell-out initiatives, aiming to increase sell out and jointly develop categories/ business with a win win approach
  • Plan and organize periodic visits to POS to present new Launches including Scientific product features; update customers on company development and collect their feedback and specific needs to work on
  • Merchandising activities execution: shelf management, material placement, store check, follow-up on PoS’s sell-out results
  • Know in depth category dynamics and support Customer sharing with them consumer and shopper insights useful to identify the most effective sales driver to activate to maximize shopper engagement
  • Support customers in further improve product recommendation and cross selling
  • Work in a cross functional team (KAM, Area Manager, company office's colleague) to ensure the best Customer engagement on Activity Plan defined
  • Verify the proper execution of what has been established with the Chains, is carried out in each Pharmacy
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer health scenario, competitive environment and sales territory


 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Scientific degree recognized as degree suitable for carrying out the activity of Scientific Informant of the Drug
  • 3+ years of previous experience in one of following fields: pharmacy sell-out/sell-in representative, pharmacy trade marketing organizations or medical information
  • Excellent analytical skills and proactive analysis of sell-out data and reporting management
  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation and excellent negotiation skills
  • Residence or domicile in Padova, Venezia and Treviso, and maximum availability to travel in the assigned territory
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue
