Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused ERP Support Analyst to play a key role in supporting and maintaining our ERP systems. You’ll act as the first point of contact for users, managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, performing system checks, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is eager to grow their expertise across ERP and wider supply chain technologies.

What Will You Be Doing?

Support & Incident Management

  • Provide technical support to ERP system users across the business.
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and support cases with clarity and professionalism.
  • Manage incidents and problems in line with established processes and SLAs.
  • Perform proactive system monitoring and regular health checks.
  • Follow SOX controls, support procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues using internal knowledgebase procedures, updating content as needed.
  • Continuously review case queues, SLAs, and communication quality to maintain high service standards.

Solution Delivery

  • Design detailed test cases to support solution implementation and system changes.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
  • Deliver training and create supporting materials for any solutions rolled out.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting ERP systems (typically 2+ years).
  • Strong interpersonal skills—approachable, confident, and effective both in person and over the phone.
  • Able to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and handle urgent situations.
  • Ambitious, with a focus on continuous improvement for yourself and the team.
  • Analytical, methodical, and customer-focused in your approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience creating test case specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes.
  • Comfortable working to tight time and cost deadlines.
  • Flexible to occasionally support outside standard office hours.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience in distribution, supply chain, or fast‑paced e‑commerce environments.
  • Previous support experience involving multiple technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting across varied software platforms.
  • Experience with WMS or hybrid warehouse systems.
  • Understanding of key business processes:
    • Finance
    • Sales Order Management
    • Warehousing (WMS)
    • Purchasing
    • Logistics
  • Experience with AS/400, Salesforce CRM, or similar platforms
