What your typical day will look like:

As a People Services Manager, you will lead the People Services function across the SEA market, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and consistent HR service delivery. You will drive operational excellence while championing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness across multiple markets.

You will work closely with local and regional HR leaders, as well as specialist functions (Payroll, COEs, Finance, Legal, Tech), to ensure HR processes are standardised, efficient, and aligned with both global frameworks and local regulatory requirements. As a senior people leader, you will inspire and develop a sizeable People Services team while embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Provide strategic leadership and strong HR operational expertise to deliver consistent, high-quality People Services across the SEA region, aligned with global standards and local regulations.
  • Monitor service delivery against SLAs, leveraging data and insights to proactively manage escalations, identify trends, and improve service performance.
  • Partner closely with market and regional HR stakeholders to align service delivery with evolving business needs, organisational design changes, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a large People Services team, fostering high performance, collaboration, and continuous capability building.
  • Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of HR processes, embedding robust governance frameworks and championing automation and digital solutions.

A bit about you:

  • Proven experience in leading HR Operations / Shared Services within a regional (SEA) scope.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment legislation across SEA markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple markets and functions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing a relatively large team within a structured service environment.
  • Process-oriented and analytical, with a track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with HR systems is essential, and prior exposure to Workday would be a strong advantage.
