We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Agile Enablement Lead to drive enterprise adoption and maturation of Agile, product, and value‑driven delivery practices across complex, multi‑team environments. This role is responsible for enabling consistent ways of working, strengthening delivery execution, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement aligned to strategic outcomes.
You will partner closely with Product Line leadership, Technology and Architecture leaders, Delivery Managers, and senior stakeholders to orchestrate enablement across teams, ensuring alignment between strategy, investment, and execution. The role blends leadership, coaching, and operational rigor to improve speed to value, quality, and predictability at scale.

Salary Range:
$115,000 - $216,250 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
