Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As Senior Director, Global Functional Development, you will be a key leader on the Global Talent Management & People Strategy Team responsible for designing and operationalizing talent strategies, development programs, and capability planning to help our functions evolve and enhance their capabilities, performance, and effectiveness. Functions include, but aren’t limited to, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Design, and Retail. 

This role is open to hybrid work, and will be frequently at our HQ offices in North Vancouver, with some international travel.

As the Senior Director, Global Functional Development, you will lead the work to support the capability build within and evolution of our business functions, and will have an opportunity to lead a team of dedicated functional development experts. You will partner with key functional leaders to develop strategies, programs, and solutions that help the function – and Arc’teryx – to have the right skills and capabilities for today and the future. You will work closely in collaboration with P&C business partners and Talent Management.
