We are seeking an experienced Field Work Manager to lead and oversee all field operations for our market research projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality data collection, efficient team management, and timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of market research methodologies. Experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, train, and manage field staff to ensure effective and accurate data collection.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maintain high standards of quality.
• Optimize resource allocation and scheduling to meet project deadlines.

2. Project Execution

• Collaborate with research teams to translate project objectives into actionable fieldwork plans.
• Oversee implementation of fieldwork strategies, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions promptly.

3. Quality Assurance

• Define and enforce rigorous data collection protocols to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct regular field audits and visits to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Review collected data for consistency and resolve discrepancies proactively.

4. Communication & Reporting

• Act as the primary liaison between field teams, project managers, and external stakeholders.
• Deliver timely updates on field operations, including progress, risks, and solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing fieldwork outcomes.

5. Budget & Resource Management

• Assist in developing and managing fieldwork budgets.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in market research, with a strong focus on field operations.
• Proven track record in team leadership and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data collection tools (e.g., CATI, CAWI) preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical and healthcare industries is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
