Role Responsibilities:

• Execute product planning strategically to ensure new product satisfies markets' requirements. 
• Seek for market opportunities of new products and also leverage avaiable products to other potential markets
• Coordinate with relevant functions ensuring product literatures, technical training, and/or marketing literatures are appropriately provided on timely basis.

Role Purpose:

• Execute strategic new product solution for Mid & Long range plan
• Align SE expectation(Price, Spec and Time-line) with factory proposal.
• Manage product development project ensuring they are all on time and achieve KPIs 

Minimum Requirements:

• English communication with Global customer
• Logical thinking to meet ideal agreement(To convice as logically)
• Ability to act independently
