About Native Client Services:

The Native Client Services team is part of our Yahoo Consumer organization. We develop and optimize performance, creative, and delivery for advertisers running Native campaigns. About the Role:

As the Native CS Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Native Client Services Leads and Ad Operations Specialists to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns and exceptional client satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Consumer teams, Native Sales, the DSP team, and Taboola, to deliver best-in-class service to our clients.

Your strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and ability to manage and inspire a team will be critical in achieving organizational goals. You will be responsible for mentoring your team, optimizing workflows, and driving the overall success of the Native Client Services team.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Native Client Services Leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, client satisfaction, and campaign success.

  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Consumer teams, Sales, Ad Operations, Taboola, and other internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.

  • Optimization and Insights: Guide your team in monitoring campaign performance, providing strategic insights, and identifying optimization opportunities.

  • Training and Development: Oversee the training and onboarding of new team members and continuous training for existing staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and tools.

  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any escalated issues related to campaign delivery, performance, and client satisfaction.

  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather and provide feedback to internal teams, including product development, to continuously improve Yahoo's Native offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BS/BA from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Client Services: Strong experience working with clients in a client services role, with a focus on digital advertising.

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Suite and Excel.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to creatively solve problems and uncover opportunities using data, analytics, and critical thinking.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign development and management, and a dedication to staying current on industry trends.

  • Consulting Experience: Experience servicing and/or consulting in a vendor/client relationship.

The compensation for this position ranges from $151,125.00 - $315,000.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
