1.遵守公司各项安全规章，行为准则，遵守劳动纪律；
2.参加公司组织的相关岗位培训，取得岗位操作资质，并取得所有资格认证；
3.按照生产计划和装配工艺流程完成各种装配作业；
4. 对装配的过程和结果按要求进行自检，及时准确完成各项记录；
5. 按照要求正确操作装配设备、吊具、工装、量具等；
6 按照要求对装配设备、吊具、工装、量具等进行日常的维护和保养；
7. 发现工作中安全、质量、速度或成本的问题及时报告给区域班长或主管；
8.维持工作场所及周边的环境安全、整洁、有序；
9.服从工作安排，认真完成本职工作及按时完成组长、培训师安排相关的临时工作。
