The Jr. Manager, Collections is responsible for supporting complex collections portfolios within a global Accounts Receivable organization. This role is a hands‑on individual contributor with direct accountability for portfolio performance, risk mitigation, and consistent execution of global AR processes. The position requires strong B2B collections experience, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and actively manage assigned AR portfolios, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution of past‑due balances

  • Execute collection strategies aligned with global policies to reduce delinquency and mitigate financial risk

  • Analyze AR aging regularly and prioritize actions based on risk, materiality, and customer behavior

  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of collection activity, customer commitments, disputes, and next steps

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Credit, Cash Application, and Finance) to resolve disputes and drive timely payment

  • Identify trends, risks, and recurring issues within assigned portfolios and propose process improvements

  • Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities related to AR performance and reporting

  • Act as a subject matter expert for collections processes, systems, and best practices within the team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

  • 3+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable / B2B Collections experience

  • Advanced level of English (written and verbal)

  • Strong understanding of AR aging, collections strategies, dispute management, and cash application concepts

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

This position can sit in Argentina, Mexico or Brazil with minimal office attendance.
