The VP of Product, Membership Experience, is a senior product leader responsible for shaping and scaling Crunchyroll’s flywheel product offering – including Games, Interactive, eCommerce, and Theatrical – and maximizing their contribution to overall membership value through their respective product portfolios.
This role functions as a senior leader overseeing a team of product specialists across a number of flywheel products, ensuring each offering has a strong standalone product experience while supporting the flywheel line of business owners on how these offerings increase engagement, retention, and long term value of the Crunchyroll membership.
This role will partner closely with the VP of Streaming Experience to integrate flywheel products into the broader SVOD membership journey, and with the SVP of Platform & Monetization to ensure scalable, reliable product foundations.
