About the Role
You are an experienced and effective mental health and wellbeing leader, with experience managing teams in complex systems that support the best outcomes for consumers, carers and the community more broadly. This role will continue to drive the Recommendations from the Royal Commission into Mental Health in ensuring our Bed Based Services are safe, respectful and driven by best practice guidelines including reducing restrictive interventions and active inclusion of lived, and living experience colleagues at all levels.

About the Adult Bed Based Stream
Adult bed based teams form a significant part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing service. These teams work collaboratively and effectively with each other and the broader St Vincents Hospital network to ensure timely, appropriate and safe care to our consumers. The wellbeing of our people and teams ensures we can deliver the best possible care and continue to strive for innovation and excellence in all that we do.
