About The Role:

Are you an accomplished Partner Success professional passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with clients? In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact within Norton LifeLock Benefit Solutions by managing and nurturing our employer partnerships.

As a key member of our Partner Success team, you will oversee the entire client journey—ranging from initial implementation and onboarding to ongoing account management. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless integration of our benefits into our clients' offerings, simplifying the process and communicating effectively to facilitate smooth transitions and long-term success.

Your responsibilities will include not only guiding clients through implementation but also developing and maintaining robust relationships to drive mutual growth and satisfaction. Your strategic insights and consultative approach will be essential in enhancing the value we deliver to our employer and broker partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Management: Lead the successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from initial setup to full integration. Develop detailed project plans and communication strategies, manage timelines, and document key milestones.
  • Account Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and brokers. Provide ongoing support and address any issues or escalations promptly, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Renewal and Stewardship Reviews: Proactively manage client renewals and identify opportunities for upselling additional plans or services. Conduct stewardship meetings to review utilization and employee engagement, developing strategies to present value-added solutions that address evolving client needs and drive mutual growth.
  • Presentation and Education: Deliver compelling presentations on product offerings. Drive engagement with marketing materials and educational resources.
  • Client Communication: Clearly articulate requirements, processes, and expectations. Engage with clients during and after implementation to ensure their needs are met and address any initial errors.
  • Service Excellence: Handle service escalations with urgency and professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
