Client Finance Manager (m/f/d)

Your Role in Our Success Story

 

Join our team as Client Finance Manager (m/f/d) for one of our most prestigious accounts. This multifaceted role combines strategic business partnering, corporate controllership, and global reporting responsibilities, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact across three key dimensions.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

 

Client Finance & Commercial Management

  • Partner closely with JLL's European Hub and clients leadership teams
  • Provide financial governance and commercial direction for the account
  • Manage budget and forecast processes with detailed variance analysis
  • Oversee change control processes and ensure MSA compliance
  • Drive annual cost-saving initiatives and maintain performance dashboards
  • Optimize working capital through effective Purchase-to-Pay and billing processes

 

Global Consolidation Reporting

  • Establish robust processes for timely global consolidated reporting
  • Lead clients spend annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all global reporting requirements

 

JLL Corporate Controllership (EMEA)

  • Lead Annual Operating Plan and Monthly Forecast processes
  • Manage month-end close procedures and corporate P&L reporting
  • Provide detailed monthly reporting by service line with comprehensive commentary
  • Maintain corporate balance sheet reconciliation and management

 

What We're Looking For:

 

Essential Requirements and Key Competencies

 

  • 5+ years of senior finance/commercial experience with proven track record
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
  • Strong ability to work remotely and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Experience in client reporting and executive summary preparation
  • Technical Excellence: Ability to compile complex financial information from multiple sources
  • Attention to Detail: Maintaining accuracy while focusing on strategic objectives
  • Analytical Thinking: Proven problem-solving abilities with objective, data-driven approach
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to meet global and regional deadlines
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication (English and German), including presentation abilities
