What You’ll Bring
8+ years of experience in backend engineering, with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and microservices architecture.
Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems focused on performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Strong understanding of cloud-native environments (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based systems, including AI agents and context-aware APIs.
Experience deploying and maintaining MCP servers or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
Proficiency in API development, Node.js, and GraphQL, and familiarity with NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to lead technical direction, mentor teams, and deliver enterprise-scale software solutions.
A passion for AI-driven automation, innovation, and simplifying complex global problems through technology.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
