Associate Supply Chain Specialist

Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an opening for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist (Level 2) for Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) support. Monitor and provide error maintenance for system update and transaction report from GOLD and DPAS via DAAS using the Material Accountability module. This includes, but is not limited to, reporting all transactions for Contractor managed and possessed GFM/GFE to the GFM-A Accountable Property System of Record (APSR / "AFEMS and DPAS"). The C-17 System Program Office (SPO) and the Contractor will be jointly responsible for maintaining and updating item indicative data in DPAS in Warner Robins, GA.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Dallas, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze post production supply chain data to ensure processes are in accordance with Inventory Control Point policies and procedures.

  • Analyze records in GOLD database to reconcile with DPAS via DAAS using the Material Accountability module developed by Tapestry.

  • Review Department of Defense, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and United States Air Force polices and procedures.

  • Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products like PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel

  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years experience in Supply Chain.

  • Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and US Air Force supply policy and procedures, and logistics data systems.

  • Experience with the Boeing Government On-Line Data (GOLD) computer system.

Typical Education:

Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: 63,750 – 86,250
