Data Quality Coordinator

The Truterra Data Quality Coordinator is a part-time position that works with the data quality team to support Truterra’s data management services. The Truterra Data Quality Coordinator will assist in ensuring Truterra’s data quality standards are met. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of our program data. You will perform overall data quality and validation checks, program eligibility checks and help implement new processes that enhance data quality across Truterra.

The Data Quality Coordinator position is a part-time remote/virtual position and requires a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Accurately evaluate grower field-level data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

· Identify and document data quality issues and assist Data Quality Manager in determining root causes

· Share new solutions with Data Quality Manager that will help improve data quality and make current processes more efficient

· Execute data validation procedures to ensure data integrity before it is used for reporting and analysis

· Review data spreadsheets to ensure program requirements and eligibility are met

· Utilize current issue management system to enter and track data or system issues

· Actively participate in regular virtual team meetings to provide progress updates

Experience & Education

· High school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Proven experience in data quality or in a similar role

· Ag background strongly desired; strong understanding of agricultural practices, ag sustainability issues, and data analytics

· Expert in using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables/X-look ups etc…)

· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) desired

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Desire to learn

· Ability to operate in situations with high ambiguity

· Ability to work with Truterra team in a virtual format

· Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Additional requirements:

· Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a cell phone with texting capabilities

Pay range: $18-30/hour
