Your New Role...

This position exists to support the Travel & Expense workstream of Warner Bros. Discovery WBD.  This person will have overall responsibility for business credit card administration and overall T&E support.
 

 Your Role Accountabilities… 

  • Credit Card maintenance as Admin Role, contact with Bank

  • Business support – trainings of Concur & bank application for users

  • Communicate complex issues and effectively handle difficult customer requests to maximize productivity, payment resolution and effectiveness

  • Handle escalated and time sensitive requests for T&E activity.

  • Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems

  • Ensure compliance of T&E Policy by monitoring Expense Reports and Operations supervision

  • Ensure high quality of queries resolution.

  • Cooperation with TAX, Compliance and Audit team

  • Support T&E system changes and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed


Qualifications & Experience…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or TAX related field is preferred

  • Experience in Concur, SAP

  • Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong independent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage to meet competing deliverables

  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently

  • Proven track record in meeting deadlines
