Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all project-related communications. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the applications. The position demands proactive management of project timelines and resources, along with continuous monitoring and adjustment to meet evolving requirements. The Application Lead plays a crucial role in driving the project forward by aligning technical efforts with business objectives and facilitating collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to enhance application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to align technical and business goals.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
