Job Title: Client Care Advisor (Veterinary Receptionist)
Salary: £24,045 per annum
Location: Pets'N'Vets, Roundhouse Veterinary Hospital
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 4 days over 7, earliest shift: 8am-6:30pm, latest shift: 11:30am-10:00pm.
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our fantastic team!
We would like to hear from candidates who are friendly, customer-focused and confident working in a busy environment.
The position will best suit a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Welcoming and registering new customers.
Booking in customers and making sure they receive gold standard care
Answering the telephone and dealing with a range of customer queries
Managing customer expectations regarding wait time.
Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc.
Taking payments
Promoting offers and services
Our receptionists should create the image and the first impression of our business, remaining calm, courteous and professional at all times, regardless of a client or visitor’s behaviour.
Experience required
Must have Reception or Client Care experience
Confident using the telephone
Cash handling and till operation
Previous experience of working in a veterinary/doctors surgery (Desirable)
IT skills – confident in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum
