We are currently seeking a Return Coordinator. This newly created role is focused on supporting the coordinated, behind-the-scenes processes that ensure product returns are handled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards. This role involves coordinating the return process, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.

What you will be doing
The Return Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end return process by reviewing and approving return requests, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely product returns. This role is responsible for maintaining detailed return records, analyzing return trends to identify improvement opportunities, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to support inventory accuracy, and working cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and quality teams to resolve recurring issues and support continuous process improvement
