Job Summary: By conducting technical analysis of the hose manufacturing & assembly process system, introducing new products, and providing production line technical services, we support the improvement of value stream. 通过对胶管制造和装配过程系统进行技术分析、新产品导入，生产线技术服务工作，支持价值流的改进。

What You Will Do: This is a task that involves the maintenance and improvement of product manufacturing processes and systems. The scope of work includes:

工作职责：这是一项涉及产品制造过程和系统的维护和改进的任务，工作范围包括：

• Responsible for optimizing the manufacturing & assembly process and production capacity of hose assembly, continuously improving the production environment in terms of safety, quality, speed, and cost. 负责胶管制造和装配工艺流程、生产能力的优化，从安全、质量、速度、成本等方面对生产环境不断改进。
• Optimize the process flow of hose manufacturing & assembly and improve operational efficiency. 优化胶管制造和装配的工艺流程、提高操作效率。
• Develop control measures for hose manufacturing & assembly to reduce the defect rate of key quality issues. 制定胶管制造和装配的控制措施，降低重点质量问题的缺陷率。
• Execute engineering change notifications, evaluate whether the capabilities of the area are met, initiate and implement all changes. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of changes to ensure the smooth progress of production process. 执行工程变更通知，评估该区域的能力是否满足，发起并实施所有变更。跟踪评估变更的有效性，确保生产过程的顺利进行。
• Support the introduction of new products, complete the preparation work for hose manufacturing & assembly: potential failure mode and consequence analysis and control plan, process optimization and operation manual, required tool selection and management. 支持新产品的引进，完成胶管制造和装配准备工作：潜在失效模式和后果分析及控制计划、工艺流程优化, 作业指导书，需要的工具选择和管理。

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent. 具有本科及以上学历，或具有同等学历。
• Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of manufacturing & assembly methods, technologies, and processes; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire production process; research new technologies to be integrated into existing production process. 了解胶管制造和装配的制造方法、技术和工艺；执行、计划、管理和监控整个生产过程的能力。能够将新技术集成到现有生产流程中。
• RCCA Ability: be familiar with engineering drawings; be familiar with SAP 具有一定的发现问题，分析问题和解决问题能力；熟悉工程图纸；熟悉SAP。
• Good teamwork spirit; innovative spirit. 良好的团队合作精神；富有创新精神。
• English skills: workable in reading, listening, writing and speaking. 具有良好的英语听说读写能力。
