The Compliance Program Associate director supports the Anticorruption team with all aspects of the implementation, management and promotion of Accenture’s global Anticorruption Compliance Program, including shaping of program strategy and user experience.

The Compliance Program Associate Manager is expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors, which include adhering to Accenture’s Core Values and abiding by Accenture’s Code of Business Ethics. Key Responsibilities

· Supports global implementation and management of Accenture’s Anticorruption Compliance Program:

o Prepare quarterly reporting for geographic legal and business leadership that provides data on local program implementation and flags potential risks

o Develop quarterly reporting for Anticorruption counsel and geographic legal leadership that provides analytics on the implementation of standards and controls related to the engagement of Business Intermediaries

o Develop quarterly presentations and other briefing materials, as needed, for legal and business leadership

o Manage anticorruption compliance program team budget including requests

o Proactively identify and drive process efficiencies and program enhancements

· Standards & Controls:

o Drive ongoing review of Anticorruption policies in collaboration with Anticorruption Counsel

o Drive design and management of Anticorruption tools in collaboration with CIO teams (e.g., BI Portal, G&E Hub)

o Collaborate with Procurement and Contractor Exchange leadership to ensure appropriate implementation of Anticorruption standards and controls related to the engagement of Business Intermediaries

· Training & Communications:

o Contribute to design and implementation of annual Anticorruption training and communications plans

o Develop Anticorruption training materials in collaboration with Anticorruption counsel, Accenture Learning, Capability Development and outside counsel

o Collaborate with Capability Development to drive completion of Anticorruption training; identify and respond to training delivery and completion risks

o Draft and drive distribution of Anticorruption communications

· Monitoring, Audit & Response:

o Perform ongoing review of compliance monitoring activities to identify, escalate and mitigate compliance risks

o Collaborate with Compliance Monitoring team to assess potential compliance issues and determine appropriate escalation and mitigation actions

o Respond to and help manage internal audits and internal investigations related to Anticorruption issues

· Risk Assessment:

o Work with senior management and outside counsel to plan and manage program risk assessments, recommend improvements to the Anticorruption Compliance Program, and drive the implementation of adopted recommendations

· Drive day to day Anticorruption Compliance Program operations, including management of the team mailbox, internal portal pages, and team resources and materials

· Managing staffing and vendor activities including new joiner onboarding, contractor enablement and working with other third-party vendors, as needed

· Operate in a cost-effective manner consistent with relevant Accenture policies

· Provide consistent reporting on program status to ensure all stakeholders are informed

Additional General Responsibilities:

· Work with the Senior Director of Anticorruption and global anticorruption program team and/or leadership to manage projects which are strategic to achieving desired business outcomes

· Create and manage work plans, deliverables, budgets, due dates, key dependencies, in order to ensure project and program objectives are being met

· Provide recommendations for improving compliance program structure and/or delivery

· Provide additional support, and assume additional responsibilities, as may be directed by the Senior Director of Anticorruption

Work Experience:

· 14 years of experience as a compliance program professional

· Experience working in a corporate compliance program environment

· Experience managing multiple small to medium projects and initiatives

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

· Knowledge of compliance and ethics framework for global corporations

· Interest in international laws (global standards) and basic knowledge of anticorruption regulations such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and UK Bribery Act

· Strong business acumen, knowledge of Accenture’s business strategy (or similar business strategy at another company if experienced hire)

· Understanding of process design and process improvement concepts

· Basic finance and operating model knowledge

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent oral and written communications skills

· Very proficient in Excel and PPT along with other MS tools

· Compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, LPEC), nice to have

· Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, nice to have
