Position Summary
We are looking for a new Customs Coordination Specialist to join our Customs & Order Desk team!
Role and Responsibilities
- Customs clearance process / Free of charge Import for CRO and SLO
- Export to all Samsung Electronics Adriatic (SEAD) countries – Free of charge Export process
- Checking and requesting Proforma Invoices from non EU suppliers
- Collecting offers and provide best solution for transportation to all SEAD countries
- Handling warehouse in and out process – dispatch and arrivals from and to warehouse in Croatia
- Administration of Customs book and creating import numbers
- Maintains inbound and outbound carrier schedule
- Cost calculations for export/import documents
- Shipment tracking across multiple transport channels and informing stakeholders regarding status
- Transport organization of goods in land and non EU countries
- Inventory check
- Scrap administration preparation
- Material list report
- Warehouse administration coordination
- Other tasks per direct managers request
Skills and Qualifications
Qualification/Experience
- University degree, preferably in economics or business
- Experience in logistics management and import export operations at least two (2) years
- Forwarding agency experience
Knowledge
- Upper-intermediate command of English
- Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
