Position Summary...
What you'll do...
As a Manager of Seller Performance Operations Content Strategy, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our seller community. You will contribute to the highest standards of seller performance, enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving our critical performance goals. You will work with cross-functional partners to deliver critical components that support our sellers. This role requires a self-starter with a passion for excellence, structured and methodical approaches, and a keen attention to detail is a must-have.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Manage work streams by designing project plans; organizing timelines and deliverables; facilitating stakeholder meetings to analyze, plan, and implement initiatives; recommending appropriate operational processes ; developing and managing requests and timelines by establishing requirements; communicating status, details, timelines, and available resources; planning and executing resource allocation; finalizing, approving, and delivering projects; taking corrective action as necessary to drive results ; identifying root causes and developing content potential solutions; and making content recommendations based on data and observation.
Content Creation and Delivery
Create Seller Performance Standards content, either self-written or through cross-functional collaboration, for different campaigns and channels (e.g. external facing content, support team scripts and emails, and more).
Develop and deliver content to educate, drive call-to-action, track, evaluate, and improve seller performance, ensuring alignment with performance standards objectives. Consider all seller lifecycle stages to ensure content relevancy and timeliness.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to optimize processes and enhance seller engagement through content delivery.
Content Strategy
Own content and go-to-market communication strategies to ensure our sellers have timely, accurate, easily accessible and digestible information regarding seller performance standards.
Conduct periodic content audits. Track and calculate content efficacy via CSAT, NPS or other.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, content management, creative teams, and copy writers to implement the strategy.
Perform comprehensive and exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of existing content.
Serve as a subject matter expert to provide guidance and support on content guiding sellers regarding performance standards metrics, improvement strategies, and program participation.
Build, maintain and own process to ensure product roadmap and initiatives relating to content and campaign deployment are meeting the strategic direction and seller needs.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices related to seller management and performance optimization.
You'll sweep us off our feet.
Strong project management, content creation and content strategy experience with a deep understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace dynamics.
Capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing insights.
Possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information in a simplified manner
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on seller performance management or seller/vendor relations, preferably in an e-commerce or online Marketplace.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to work in a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
