Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that integrate artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing application pipelines that are suitable for both cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring solutions are production-ready and reliable. The engineer actively incorporates generative AI models into projects and may work on diverse areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business needs is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance existing systems.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong knowledge of various machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI models in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and their integration into software solutions.
- Ability to work with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Competence in handling data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
