Job Description

This role is responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with government stakeholders, central and local SOEs, and assisting local fundraising, business development and exit strategies across real estate, renewable power, and private equity sectors in China.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong investment banking or business development background, with demonstrated experience serving government and central/state-owned enterprise clients. This role requires exceptional commercial acumen, proven ability to deliver tangible results, and established relationships in key regional markets outside of tier-1 cities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development(Government/SOE)

• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant key stakeholders including government departments and central/local SOEs to support and execute business development initiatives

• Support local fundraising efforts through government and SOE relationship channels

• Leverage existing networks in Central, North and Northwest China regions to assist and expand local business operations.

• Engage with local policymakers on issues related to renewable energy, real estate, and investment policies

• Support site operations teams on matters including land use, tax, subsidies, licensing, and government deals

Qualifications & Experience

Required Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, business development with demonstrated track record of deal execution

• Proven experience serving clients including government and/or central/state-owned enterprise  with documented case studies and successful outcomes

• Strong business acumen with results-oriented mindset and ability to deliver quantifiable commercial outcomes

• Experience in financial services, private equity, renewable energy, or real estate sectors preferred

Key Competencies & Skills

• Superior communication and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)

• In-depth understanding of Chinese government structure, policy-making processes, and regulatory frameworks

• High level of integrity and compliance awareness in working with government and state-owned entities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Public Administration, or related field required

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Law, or Political Science preferred

商业拓展副经理/经理（政府关系与国企合作方向）

本岗位负责建立并维护与政府机构、中央及地方国有企业的战略合作关系，统筹房地产、可再生能源及私募股权等领域的本土融资、业务拓展及投资退出策略。我们期待候选人具备深厚的投行或业务开发背景，拥有服务政府及国企客户的成熟经验，以卓越的商业敏锐度和扎实的区域资源网络（尤其非一线城市市场），推动可量化的商业成果落地。

核心职责

【政府与国企关系拓展】

• 建立并维护与相关政府、中央及地方国企的战略伙伴关系，支撑并执行业务开发计划

• 通过政府及国企关系渠道，支持人民币基金募资工作的推进

• 充分调用在华中、华北及西北地区的既有资源网络，协助并拓展当地业务运营

• 就能源可再生、房地产及投资政策相关议题，与地方政策制定者保持有效沟通

• 为现场运营团队提供支持，协调土地使用、税务优惠、政府补贴、牌照审批及政府合作等事宜

任职资格

【硬性要求】

• 4-6年投资银行、业务拓展相关经验，具备可验证的交易执行成功案例

• 拥有服务政府及央企/国企客户的实操经验，能够提供成功案例及成果证明

• 具备强烈的商业敏锐度和结果导向思维，能够交付可量化的商业成果

• 具有金融服务、私募股权、可再生能源或房地产领域经验者优先

【核心能力】

• 优秀的中英文双语商务沟通与谈判能力（普通话流利）

• 深入理解中国政府组织架构、政策制定流程及监管框架

• 在与政府及国企合作中具备高度的职业操守和合规意识

教育背景

• 本科及以上学历，金融、工商管理、经济学、法学、公共管理或相关专业

• 硕士学历优先，MBA、经济学、法学或政治学相关学位更佳
