建立高速增长个人健康产品线在新渠道销售和市场；同时推进飞利浦数字化转型之旅，让飞利浦发展成为健康科技的全球领导者。

您的职责是：

1. 通过管理DP打造自播间内容化产出，达成销售目标；

2. 对ROI负责，监控管理DP千川投放及进度；
3. 拉通MKT投资节奏，通过全域营销实现业务增长。

要成功应聘本职位，您应当具备以下技能和经验

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上电商商品运营工作经验优先 ；

2、熟悉抖音的打法，有过独立操盘品类经验，自播管理经验；

3、具备数据分析及挖掘能力，对电商数据有一定敏感度，利用数据指导运营目标达成；

4、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能独立推进项目进展
