Position Summary:

Our Assistant Store Manager is a highly motivated leader who is passionate about creating extraordinary customer experiences. They have the ability to meet individual sales and metric goals, drive sales growth, coaches and develops associates to achieve sales goals. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business including Visual Merchandising, product and inventory management in conjunction with the Store Manager. They will demonstrate the ability to lead naturally and set a precedent for the team. 

Our ASM has dedication to quality and investing in results that always add value to the business. This person will also be a driving force for new and ongoing sales opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success.

Qualifications:
1+ year(s) of retail management experience
Experience in training and managing a team
Experience in product management (inventory and visual merch)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Decision-making and problem-solving skills
Able to work a flexible schedule
Attention to detail
Great sense of style

Salary banding: 43K-73k
