Job Purpose:
Support Cross-account strategy & operations to deliver sales growth with retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and deliver marketplace and account insights for regular business review and long-term marketplace/sales strategy development.
Facilitate global/geo communication and cross-functional communication to feedback account insights and enable business priorities.
Support the critical cross-functional projects to debottleneck business challenges, unlock new growth opportunities and improve operational excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Above
3+ years of work experience in Consumer Goods / Retail / Consulting industry
Fluent oral & written communication in both English & Chinese
Experience in working in matrix organization/ leading cross-functional projects
