The Opportunity

Are you a seasoned disability case manager with over five years of experience and a passion for making a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a compassionate and technically skilled professional to join our team in a role that blends empathy, strategic thinking, and leadership. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of claims - including complex and contentious cases - while delivering exceptional customer service and promoting early return to work and rehabilitation as positive outcomes for our clients.

In this role, your strong communication skills will be key as you assess claims, liaise with medical professionals, and guide clients through sensitive and often challenging circumstances. You’ll be responsible for evaluating medical and financial evidence, identifying risks, and ensuring claims are managed with integrity and transparency. Your ability to build trust and maintain supportive relationships will help drive successful outcomes for both clients and the business.

Beyond claims management, you’ll play a vital role in mentoring and developing junior case managers, sharing your expertise through training, co-management, and technical guidance. You’ll also support leadership initiatives, contribute to strategic projects, and help enhance our claims service reputation through adviser engagement and education. If you're ready to lead with empathy and expertise, we’d love to hear from you.

This role offers a permanent full-time contract and embraces flexible working arrangements. You’ll enjoy the freedom to work remotely while also spending 50% of your fortnight in the office, striking a balance between collaboration, team connection, and personal flexibility. This hybrid model supports both business needs and your preferred way of working
