What You Will Do
The Payroll Specialist - EMEA will be responsible for the accurate execution of the payroll process for assigned entity/entities. You will be also responsible for payroll procedures their maintaining  and update as well as for improving organizational and data processing systems/processes.

How You Will Do It

  • Ensure that payroll for the assigned entity is processed accurately and on time for each payroll cycle. You will be responsible for the payroll processing cycle for a company/entity or part of the payroll cycle process depending on size and complexity.

  • Process monthly payroll data and all variables based on instructions from various departments and input from internal/external systems.

  • Liaise with payroll provider - outsource payroll processing where applicable and required

  • Communicate with various stakeholders (internal and external)

  • Monitor changes in employee status (e.g. entries, exits, temporary contracts, internal department changes)

  • Make payroll deductions where instructed due to local tax legislation (e.g. company car, fringe benefits, etc.).

  • Responsible for payroll balances and controls at input and output (source to gross, gross to net).

  • Participate and collaborate with other departments on various payroll related projects.

  • Participate in audit activities with internal and external parties.

  • Provide on-the-job training to team members as required.

  • Responsible for data accuracy and correct processing.

Required
What we look for

  • Ability to organize and plan effectively

  • Microsoft Excel advanced

  • English – written and spoken is required, any other language is an advantage

  • Experience with payroll processing either in-house or streamline minimum 3 years

  • Strong analytical skills

Preferred

  • Participation on different projects

  • Degree in accounting, business or any finance related field would be a plus

  • Experience working in international environment would be an advantage

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1600 EUR per month and a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
