The Laboratory Equipment Division (LED) develops and manufactures the equipment that supports sample preparation, processing, storage, and protection in laboratories around the world. Our broad portfolio includes products used across research, healthcare, industrial, and applied markets, helping customers advance science while maintaining confidence in their results.
DESCRIPTION:
As HR Director within LED you will be a strategic business partner to the VP Global Operations and their team, supporting organizational success through effective people strategies.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives that help build and retain a talented, diverse workforce. You'll guide organizational development efforts across global teams, facilitate change management, and cultivate an inclusive culture built on our 4i values (Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement).
This position requires a thoughtful approach to talent management, using data-driven insights to enhance business capabilities while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on complex HR matters, from performance management to organizational design, supporting business growth through effective people strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in comprehensive HR experience in large multinational organizations, with demonstrated success as a senior HR business partner
- Preferred Fields of Study: Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
PHR/SPHR or other professional HR certifications desirable
- Demonstrated success of implementing large, complex change management initiatives in both US and Europe.
- Ability to translate business strategies into effective HR solutions and organizational actions
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including talent acquisition, total rewards, organizational development, and employee relations
- Business acumen with ability to link HR strategies to business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to advise and coach senior leaders
- Travel up to 20% internationally as needed
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in is €103,500.00–€138,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
