Leadership Responsibilities
· Manage the vision and strategy of the account plans and ensure the client receives exceptional delivery;
· Understand the client’s key business drivers, and focus the team to ensure those priorities are aligned with JLL’s deliverables;

· Ensure the account team and supply chain is high performing and delivery is driven by global platforms and consistency.

You are proactive and can think ahead to anticipate the needs of the team and the Client regarding data accuracy, industry knowledge/ research, and related technology to solve problems.
What this job involves
· Being a leader
· Proactively oversee facilities management related issues;
· Multiple office locations;
· Soft and hard services:
· Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner;
· Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all JLL technologies;
· Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and code of conduct;
· Ensures best practices are being followed and the right resources are available;
· Focused on compliance to ensure delivery is as per contract;
· To ensure that targets, standards required, company and client information are communicated effectively to the team through morning briefings or daily huddles, or as required; and
· Ensure that all employees are knowledgeable and motivated about their roles and the business through effective induction, accurate job descriptions and on the job training.
Finance Management / Cost Control
· Assist the Client with the development of the property budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable;
· Be responsible for achievement of the agreed financial targets for the account; revenue, expenses and debtor’s targets; and
· Meet the agreed growth targets for the account.
Functional Responsibilities
· Responsible for direct management of all resources involved in the delivery of services;
· Prepare and implement a Succession Plan and Career Plan for the account;
· Responsible for the implementation of technology systems to support service delivery, and ensure the required reporting from the systems;
· In conjunction with the regional JLL and client colleagues, implement global standard operating procedures and processes for the account;
· Develop, implement and manage all regional initiatives and programs for the account;
· Drive client specific initiatives such as, benchmarking and best practices; and
· Source, transfer and implement best practices to the account.
Contract Management
· Ensure adherence to the contract;
· Responsible for the achievement of Account Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), service levels and other measures as contracted;
· Implement and manage the change control process;
· Manage the governance process for the account;
· Ensure that all defined services are completed in accordance with all operating procedures, statutory requirements, and within the Health and safety guidelines;
· Proactively involved in ensuring that services are reviewed and refinements made to enhance these services; and
· Develop a close working relationship with all of the vendors under his/her control to ensure that they fully understand the Client culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high quality service.
Project Management
· Drive the management and co-ordination of small projects across the portfolio of properties;
· Engage additional project management support through JLL for Larger project activities providing liaison to the client and project management teams; and

Required Education
Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Real Estate Management, or Business Administration strongly preferred.
