To deliver this vision, the B2C Ecommerce Technology Solutions Organization is hiring for a key role that will be pivotal in spearheading the vision, working with key stakeholders across the digital value chain and drive these outcomes for our customers and our business.
Job Summary/ Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong understanding of consumer digital channels to drive customer solutions at scale. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders HP business teams, product management teams, architecture, and software engineering to help deliver consumer digital platforms. You will be instrumental in driving the outcomes and KPIs in collaboration with these key stakeholders.
You will have the ability to work in global, matrixed organizations with teams in multiple time zones. You will be a big-picture thinker with an eye for detail. A servant leader with a result and solutions-oriented mindset, you will help the teams move forward to meet their goals. The person in this role will need to understand the business outcomes that need to be delivered and work back to get to the results.
In this role, you will be leading the transformative direct to consumer initiatives for US Store. This will require you to manage the B2C program portfolio across the end-to-end across the SDLC .. You will understand the program priorities and help remove the roadblocks to enable the teams to achieve those goals.
You will orchestrate across teams, develop program delivery dashboards, review financials, facilitate governance meetings and will be the face of the program for the rest of the organization. This is a strategic role that requires the person to be the “quarterback” in working with multiple stakeholders to drive to the end-zone.
