Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

DTV Technical Support & Training Engineer  (Main)

  • Technical support for Authorized Service Centres (ACS`s)
  • Service Network management in Technical (Audit)
  • Service and product Quality issue coordintion
  • Feedback to SEC areas to improve based on Warranty Bill analysis in technical
  • Report back to Samsung Electronics (SEC) on incoming Quality trend
  • Review and analyze the quality trend
  • Create training plans based on new product/technology introduction
  • DTV Service activity for CE product Service quality improvement
  • SVC Weekly report & Monthly report
  • Tech Return product inspection & Scrap

SVC Coordinator (SI)

  • Service Network management  (Coordination)
    • Service Network optimization
    • Service Network management (SVC KPI, Agreement)
  • Local Service Coordination
    • Service Issue coordinate
    • Cover all Service legal issues
    • Service satisfaction measuring & Improvement
    • Local information collection about service
    • Consumer complaints and inquiries coordinate
    • Competitor’s information report

PL management (SI)

  • PL system management (PL investigation and Report)
  • To support direct supervisor upon whose request performs all other task

Skills and Qualifications

Qualification/Experience

  • Electro-technical education
  • Technical background with CE products
  • Min. 5 years of experience on the Field in repairing CE products

Knowledge

  • Upper-intermediate command of English
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
