The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to join our Cumberland County Crisis Response (CCCR) Mobile Outreach team.
In this key role, you’ll be at the center of our crisis response system—coordinating incoming calls, supporting people in real time, and helping ensure the right response happens at the right moment. If you’re organized, calm under pressure, and passionate about helping others, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact every day.
As a Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll balance coordination, crisis support, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
