We are developing proprietary clinical protocols, designing novel measurement science, and engineering an AI data science platform purpose-built for the complexity of severe mental illness. We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our soon to be open clinic in Charlotte, NC. You’ll work as part of an interdisciplinary team committed to delivering personalized, compassionate, and high-quality care for individuals with SMI.

Base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on a full-time schedule. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate and it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications, degrees, licensures, and specific work location.

Your clinical work generates data that feeds into our science, and our science feeds back into your care. This is not a setting where research happens somewhere else.
