Responsibilities As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. You will also be expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert, actively participate in team discussions, and contribute to providing solutions to work related problems. Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required. Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, and Business Model Strategy are recommended skills with advanced proficiency.
Conduct in depth requirements analysis and document findings
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the future state and or business solution
Assess current state and identify customer requirements
Utilize business process analysis tools to analyze and design processes
Develop business models and strategies to optimize organizational performance
