<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Ensure the office is a comfortable, efficient and welcoming space for everyone; solve office-related issues by working closely with landlords, cleaners and service providers.</point>
• <point>Keep our office stocked and running smoothly by ordering supplies and refreshments.</point>
• <point>Maintain accurate and up-to-date office information while managing a range of administrative tasks, collaborating with Finance, Legal, and IT to organise invoices and sensitive documents, tracking budgets to support cost-effective resource use, and helping ensure the workplace remains compliant with health and safety regulations.</point>
• <point>Plan and organise events, celebrations and traditions that boost team spirit and enhance company culture; support our local teams if needed.</point>
• <point>Work hand-in-hand with the People & Workplace Experience Manager to tackle all office-related matters while effectively communicating within the company across all levels; you will also be a point of contact for many teams, visitors and suppliers.</point>
• <point>Support smooth employee onboarding and offboarding by coordinating access, merch and equipment (in partnership with People & IT).</point>
