About the role
As the Sales Manager at doola, you will be responsible for optimizing and scaling our sales team while driving revenue growth and increasing sales productivity. This critical role involves coaching, training, and leading a team of inbound sales reps. You will implement structural optimizations in our sales processes, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will also play a key role in laying the foundation for the next level of scaling our sales function as we prepare for Series B.
