Well Care Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Registered Nurse (RN) position to see patients in and around the South Mecklenburg and Union County, NC area. This opportunity focuses on providing the highest level of in-home care to our patients through the completion of skilled visits. The Home Health Registered Nurse uses an individualized patient care plan to provide top quality care to all of our patients; keeping them Happy, Healthy and at Home.

This position is primarily responsible for the initial assessment and case development of patients in all stages of life in their homes. Duties include but not limited to, assessing, interpreting, planning, implementing and evaluating patients according to the patient’s age and diagnosis.

Registered Nurses (RNs) with strong assessment, skilled nursing and documentation skills are strongly encouraged to apply!

We are 100% EMR and clinicians document in the patients' homes with company-issued laptops. RNs must be okay with traveling throughout the service area!
