Your purpose is to provide industry‑leading customer service by managing returns, delivery issues, and after‑sales enquiries accurately, professionally, and with a focus on continuous improvement.
You will:
Investigate, advise on, and resolve after‑sales queries, specifically returns and delivery issues, acting as the primary contact for customers.
Own, respond to, and ensure progression of all queries within agreed service levels.
Follow company policies, procedures, and delegation of authority when handling delivery or return scenarios.
Improve efficiencies in query handling, returns, and deliveries — helping minimise credit notes and reduce losses.
Highlight root‑cause issues and support the business in addressing them.
Promote the use of TD SYNNEX’s eBusiness customer service tools.
Support teammates and contribute to shared goals with a strong team‑focused mindset.
Uphold TD SYNNEX values in all actions and decisions.
Provide additional support and carry out ad hoc duties as required.
Above all, you’ll act as a strong advocate for the customer — ensuring every interaction is smooth, supportive, and solutions‑focused.

Prior experience in business or customer service processes
Proven success working in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
Customer‑focused approach with excellent relationship‑building skills
Clear, confident communication (verbal and written)
Excellent organisation, time‑management, and prioritisation abilities
Working knowledge of Excel and Word
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
