Job Overview 

Mexico After-Hours Reps are responsible for providing support to our customers and carriers with freight shipping to or from Mexico in second and third shift, as well as weekends.  

Essential Functions  

• Deliver service and customer experience consistent with the first shift. 
• Develop strong relationships with customers’ planners, logistics teams, and facilities. 
• Schedule all customer shipments correctly with all pertinent information and documentation. 
• Build reputable relationships with first shift carrier and operations reps. 
• Develop strong relationships with transfers and vendors. 
• Monitor book of business to ensure loads are tracked and updated in timely fashion. 
• Notify appropriate parties in event of service delays, and update & resolve incidents in accordance. 
• Ensure all updates recorded in the system are both timely and accurate. 
• Identify potential problems and come up with appropriate solutions; escalate as needed. 

Shift hours

W-F 16:00 - 23:30 and weekends 8:00 - 15:30 or 15:00 - 22:30
