Role Purpose
The Product Manager – Demand Generation (DDT) is responsible for owning and scaling digital products and capabilities that drive consumer demand, lead generation, and conversion across digital touchpoints for Distributors. This role bridges marketing, media, data, and technology, ensuring demand generation solutions deliver measurable business growth and superior consumer experiences.


Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for demand generation digital products (from ideation to scale)
  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business and marketing objectives
  • Translate demand generation needs into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, consumer impact, and scalability

Demand Generation Enablement

  • Enable digital demand generation across the funnel: awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention
  • Partner with distributors business team to embed demand generation capabilities into campaigns and always‑on activity
  • Drive adoption of tools and platforms such as:
    • CRM
    • Marketing automation
  • Ensure solutions are data‑driven, measurable, and optimized for ROI

Stakeholder Management & Ways of Working

  • Act as the single point of accountability for demand generation digital products
  • Collaborate closely local & business partners team
  • Align global and local stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and outcomes

Data, Measurement & Optimization

  • Define KPIs and success measures (e.g. reach, conversion rate)
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously test, learn, and optimize demand generation performance
  • Ensure strong tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks are in place

Innovation & Capability Building

  • Stay up to date on digital demand generation trends, tools, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to pilot new platforms, features, or ways of working
  • Build demand generation capability, playbooks, and best practices across teams

DDT Product Activations & Industry Engagement

  • Oversee and/or lead product-related events, conferences, and roadshows as part of the DDT activation agenda
  • Act as activation lead for selected initiatives, ensuring events are:
    • Aligned with product strategy and priorities
    • Designed to drive adoption, capability uplift, and business impact
  • Ensure clear objectives, success metrics, and post‑event follow‑up (e.g. adoption, usage, pipeline impact)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, vendors, platforms) to deliver high‑quality executions
  • Capture learnings and best practices to feed back into product roadmap, playbooks, and market enablement

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 5–8+ years’ experience in digital product management and demand generation
  • Proven experience driving digital marketing or performance-led products
  • Experience working in cross‑functional, agile environments
  • FMCG, e‑commerce, or large matrix organization experience preferred

Skills

  • Strong product management and prioritization skills
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Demand generation funnels
    • Digital media & performance marketing
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
