Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced HRIT Product Manager to join our Learning Technologies team. In this role, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our key products and services. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other professionals to ensure that our learning technology eco-system meets the evolving needs of our users.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining a prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategy and business goals.
  • Working with business and development teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product features for upcoming sprints.
  • Facilitating user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate on product functionality.
  • Tracking product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicating product vision and roadmap to all stakeholders, including executives, developers, and key stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT product management.
  • Managing a team of (around 4) LMS Administrator and Consultants.
  • Providing technology support for the development and implementation of training programs.

You will be working in a hybrid role (3 days a week onsite) in our CVS Health office in Woonsocket, RI.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or a related field (e.g., project management, business analysis).
  • 5+ years' experience working with HR Tools.
  • 2+ years Direct Management experience.
  • 2+ years' experience supporting Enterprise Software Solutions and IT development lifecycle.
  • 2+ years' experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • 2+ years' experience Vendor Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting and managing learning technologies.
  • Experience with Saba Cloud and Skillsoft Percipio.
  • Experience as a Learning Management System / LMS Administrator.
  • Understanding of Instructional Design concepts and practices.
  • Experience implementing a skills-based learning strategy.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
